Team Environments — Designing Team Environments While many organizations are developing teams and building teams together through the efforts of individuals, groups, companies and organizations, the organization has to also design the team effectively. In this book, Team Environments are simply design systems — the design of standard products, products and processes leading to a team meeting or helping to lead the team. Each team has its own set of design processes and will not determine which parts to build and how to operate. In the book, the book is divided into five sections: 1..
