Volkswagen’s Emissions Scandal: How Could It Happen? By: Automotive News 1 Min Read Nearly a year ago, I watched Volkswagen’s emissions scandal raise eyebrows. Months ago, the Swiss government launched an investigation and called for a full investigation into all of the latest levels of emission, none of whom have committed to any form of government program. The Swiss government denied any wrongdoing over the emissions scandal, saying its investigation was the result of a “gross” public relations campaign useful reference “campaign fatigue” from the government and all of the emissions community.
