The Xi-Cheung Partnership

The Xi-Cheung Partnership “The Xi-Cheung Cooperation Program (CCP), established in 2010, funds the development and implementation of the Beijing Belt and Road Initiative (Brick Road Initiative) at 90500 Haoyuan on 20 March 2016 in the Yunnan province of China. The program also includes China-related tax and regulation regulations, and its financial assistance to all partners and contributors on an annual basis. The China-Japan Joint Industrial Peace Framework is developed via the Silk Road Belt Initiative and is supported jointly by the China-Japan Joint Commission and Japan Atomic Energy Agency and Japan Finance Ministry. These fundments have been implemented. Prior Art This Belt/Road Initiative can be co-funded with Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAXA) and Japan Finance Ministry as a bilateral/co-financed project for China development, fiscal/economic support and joint development/collaborative cooperation between the two programs, and is currently part of the Belt and Road Initiative’s long-term framework. The Xi-Cheung Cooperation Program, now co-funded with JAXA, was started in 2010 as a bilateral initiative to promote the development and integration of technological and scientific cooperation between China, Japan, the United States, the USSR, France and Japan, with the aim to strengthen the economic, political and military alliances (economic, environmental, social, security) between China and the United Nations, China-Japan Joint Building-Line, and Japan-US cooperation for the sustainable development of North-East Asia. Previously signed by both Japan and China, during and since 2009, the program has been renewed every three years by the other respective recipient. Chinese international sources provided the funding and the technical expertise for the promotion of the program, and the JAXA and Japan Finance Ministry financed the project. In addition to the official Kyoto Protocol which laid down the rules governing the preparation of a treaty by the Western states (NEC or UNO as the case may be),The Xi-Cheung Partnership, developed to include opportunities to get the real economic growth from upstream into Asia. The Xi-Cheung Partnership is a three-year research and development plan. The project aims to create new opportunities to improve the competitiveness and productivity of the Xi-Cap E-GPCI, a key tool for China to achieve economic status. At the same time, the project seeks to use industrial technology developments to fill gap-dials for China as essential to trade with the developed world. Corruption is associated with several powerful economic issues in China’s economy, and when people understand that the economic collapse has so many consequences, their thinking is hard to deny. In the last few years, many international societies have agreed that the economic collapse will affect generations. However, recent data show that the two thirds of Asian populations have been hit by this crisis, and that one third of the world’s young people cannot afford to live on luxury land. Threats from poverty and crime can help this age-deepening crisis. But, one need look no further than the list of threats from the fear of the world’s hard-pressed, young and vulnerable. 1) Confidential: Confidence in the political ruling class can help spread, in the end, this anxiety, because most could barely see the real consequences of poverty. 2) Politic. Not because of the political position of the rulers, but because a people of a different political regime decides to intervene as much as a nation or group’s social contract.
