But you can see this as the perfect irony of the point. A real estate developer working in an “automobile-oriented” manner actually wants to bring people into the streets, and that’s a good thing, too. It allows the developers to build lots because it allows the developers to maximize the quantity of the actual land where they’re going to be building each day.
